1. Do you ship internationally?

2. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours.


3. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

No. We cover all customs duties and import taxes—so there are no extra charges when your suitcase arrives.


4. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours after placing your order. You can track your shipment using the link in that email.


5. What are AURABOT® suitcases made of?

Our suitcases are made of high-quality aluminum, offering superior durability, sleek design, and travel-ready strength.


6. Are your suitcases lightweight?

Yes. While built with durable aluminum, our suitcases are engineered to be lightweight, so you get toughness without the bulk.


7. Do your suitcases come with a warranty?

Absolutely. Every AURABOT® suitcase includes a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects.

9. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us to start a return.

Yes. All AURABOT® suitcases come with TSA-approved locks, making travel through U.S. airports hassle-free.
